Poteza has secured a mandate to act as the exclusive agent in the sale of Droga Kolinska Real Estate in Ljubljana

Food production company Droga Kolinska has announced its decision to sell its corporate real estate located on the Šmartinska street in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The company is selling two centrally located land sites with a total size of 5.1 hectares which are currently the subject of re-zoning for a landmark commercial-residential development. The sale will be carried out via an international bid for offers.

Droga Kolinska is selling the land in parallel with the relocation of its production and logistics operations. The land sites together with neighboring areas are currently the subject of a major urban regeneration scheme and will be zoned for mixed residential and commercial use by the new municipal spatial plan which will be adopted by the City of Ljubljana in early 2009.

Droga Kolinska land sites provide the potential for the development of a centrally located commercial-residential project of 140.000 m² GDA in one of the most developed Central Eastern European cities. Poteza is acting as the exclusive vendor’s agent in the transaction.
