About the Group

Poteza Group brings together professionally trained investment experts who guarantee top quality services in the field of finance and stock brokerage which are designed to meet the expectations of returns on invested assets on private as well as institutional investors.
 
The principal activities of the Poteza Group are stock brokerage, asset management, investment banking and pension insurance. We consult on closed-end investment funds and manage pension insurance funds, including financial instruments for clients, and offer professional support along with strategic decisions to companies.

Our vision

Together we strive to become the leading Slovenian company in the field of asset management and investment banking with 3.5 billion euros of assets in management and 150 million euros of capital by 2010. We will reach a 25 percent return of equity and deliver above average returns to our clients. 

Our strategic goals

We are realizing our vision by gradually realizing short-term plans. We are focused on asset management which is why we have combined this activity within the Poteza Group in a competence centre consisting of Analysis Department, Asset Management Department, Project Investments Managemet Department, Risk Management and Operation Monitoring Department. This way we provide high quality services or the most optimal returns to our clients.
We will continue increasing our business transactions in the field of investment banking, corporate finance and legal advice, and expand the extent of consulting to private equity investment funds managers, such as Poteza Adriatic Fund, venture capital Poteza Innovation and Growth Fund, Poteza Real Estate Fund and the emerging Poteza Energy Fund. At the same time we are recruiting professionally trained co-workers in support of these plans with a development-oriented staff policy.
