About the Fund
Poteza Adriatic Fund is a Dutch private equity fund, which successfully started operating in 2004 with the disposable resources in the amount of EUR 66.5 million. The objective of the fund is to create high capital returns with investments in majority equity of perspective companies in the field of fast growing markets of the South Eastern Europe.

Investment policy:
The mission of the Fund is to provide investors with above average investment returns, namely by investing in companies which can realize their development potential with organic growth, restructuring or consolidation, thus becoming market leaders.

The area of South Eastern Europe, especially Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova.
