About the Fund

Poteza Real Estate Fund will be a private equity real estate fund investing its assets in real estates in the area of the South Eastern Europe. It is intended for institutional investors. The objective of the Fund is to ensure the investors with above average returns on real estate investments by making controllable risks.

In the period of the real estate fund foundation, we, as future-to-be consultants, carefully monitor the investment opportunities in the field of real estates and inform, if necessary, the potential investors on the possibilities of inclusion in this Fund or on possibilities of investments in independent real estate projects.

Investment policy:
The Fund’s investment policy will be flexible and will enable the Fund Consultants quick response time at the estimation of individual real estate projects.

Investment region:
The Fund will invest its assets mostly in the area of Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria.
